At Growth Digital Media and Publishers , we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of digital products, refunds for digital books are handled differently than for physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Non-Refundable Products
All purchases of digital books are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded. This is because digital content cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. By completing a purchase, you agree to this condition.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If the digital book file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Unauthorized Purchase: If there has been a fraudulent or unauthorized purchase made from your account, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue, and a refund may be granted.
- Incorrect or Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong book or purchased the same book more than once, and have not accessed or downloaded it, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds for duplicate purchases may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests for reasons not listed above will generally not be accepted.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- 1. Contact Support: Send an email to refund@growthmatrix.co.in or use the contact form on our website with your order details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation (such as screenshots of the issue).
- 2. Refund Assessment: Our support team will review your request and determine whether you are eligible for a refund. In some cases, we may request additional information to process the request.
- 3. Resolution: If a refund is granted, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If the issue can be resolved by replacing the digital file, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
4. Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the original purchase. Refunds requested after this period may not be considered, except in the case of technical issues that prevented you from accessing the product.
5. Refund Payment Methods
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to process refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.
6. Subscription Refunds
If you are a subscriber to any of our subscription services, please refer to our Subscription Terms for refund policies related to subscription plans.
In general, subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun unless there has been an error on our part or the service has been unavailable for an extended period.
